1. Return Policy – Electronics & Kitchen Equipment

All electronic items, kitchen equipment, catering supplies, and restaurant essentials supplied by Stella Metal Industries LLC (ستيلا للصناعات المعدنيةذ.م.م) undergo strict quality control and testing prior to delivery.

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

• The package has been opened.
• The product has been used, even within 3 days of purchase

Returns may be considered only if:

• The item is unused
• In original sealed packaging
• Reported within 3 days from the date of purchase

Defective or Issue Reporting:

• Any issue must be recorded and reported immediately to the front-end/customer support team
• All products undergo triple testing before leaving the factory
• If an issue is identified, the customer is required to send the item back to our factory at their own cost for inspection

Approved Returns:

• Subject to inspection and approval
• A 10% return/restocking fee will be applied

Stella Metal Industries LLC reserves the right to inspect, verify, and approve or reject any return request.

2. Delivery Policy – Ready-Made Items

Delivery Timeline:

Within 3 working days:

• Dubai
• Sharjah
• Ajman
• Ras Al Khaimah
• Umm Al Quwain

Within 5–7 working days:

• Abu Dhabi
• Al Ain
• Fujairah

Additional Terms:

• Delivery timelines are subject to location, accessibility, and logistics conditions
• Any delays will be communicated in advance

Delivery Charges:

• Free delivery for orders above AED 5,000
• Orders below this value may be subject to delivery charges

3. Custom-Made Products (Stella Metal Fabrication)

All custom-fabricated products:

• Are bespoke and made-to-order
• Manufactured under the mark: “Made in the Emirates”

Each product is:

• Designed as per client-specific requirements
• Produced using Stella Metal’s proprietary fabrication methods and standards

Important:

• Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable

4. Intellectual Property & Design Protection

All designs, drawings, fabrication methods, and concepts developed by Stella Metal Industries LLC are:

• Exclusive intellectual property of the company
• Protected under applicable laws

Strictly Prohibited:

• Copying or replicating designs
• Manufacturing based on Stella drawings without authorization
• Sharing designs with third-party fabricators

Violation Consequences:

• Legal action
• Claims for damages and losses

5. Order Cancellation Policy

We aim to fulfill all orders efficiently to meet the demands of commercial kitchens and hospitality operations.

How to Cancel:

Customers may cancel orders via their Stella Metal account/order tracking page, depending on order status:

• Pending → Cancellation allowed
• Confirmed → Cancellation may not be allowed

Cancellation NOT Allowed When:

• Order is confirmed (processing started)
• Order is dispatched or shipped
• Order is submitted for supplier or custom fulfillment

Non-Cancellable Items:

• Custom or made-to-order products
• Hygiene-related or disposable products (if opened)
• Items marked:
  
  • “Final Sale”
  • “Offers”
  • “Non-Cancellable”

Orders Refused at Delivery:

• Return shipping charges will be deducted
• Up to 25% restocking fee may apply
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Backorders or Delays:

If delays occur:

• Customers will be notified
• Options include:
  
  • Proceed with order
  • Replace item
  • Cancel (if not yet fulfilled)

Refund Timeline:

• Approved cancellations will be refunded within 10–15 business days
• Any applicable processing/admin charges will be deducted

6. General Terms

• All orders are final upon confirmation
• Stella Metal Industries LLC reserves the right to:
  
  • Amend policies without prior notice
  • Refuse service in case of misuse or breach
